I no longer know what IBAN code I have. How can I find out?
The IBAN is the unique code used internationally to identify a customer's account, opened at a commercial bank. 🔐
The IBAN code is taken from the English language and represents the abbreviation of "International Bank Account Number".
How can I find out the IBAN code?
You can obtain the IBAN code simply and quickly through the following methods:
Through BT Pay:
From the Cards tab:
You access the application and select the card related to the account for which you want to find out the IBAN;
Press the "Card Settings" button and then the "Card Details" option.
Once the previous steps have been completed, the IBAN will be displayed in the last line.
From the Accounts tab:
You access the application and select the Accounts tab at the top of the screen.
Select the account and access the “View details” button
Through BT Visual Help:
➭ call 0264 308 000 from the phone number registered at the bank and access the link received via SMS;
➭ then, to view the IBAN of current and card accounts, access the section "Account statement, IBAN and CIF list" -> "IBAN & CIF List" from the main menu.
You can also download the IBAN list from BT Visual Help (a document that you present to certain institutions to collect amounts).
To do this, after accessing from the main menu "Account statement, IBAN and CIF list" -> "IBAN & CIF List" select the "Download PDF" button at the bottom
Through BTPay Web:
➭ log in to the application with your data, and in the "Accounts" section you will see the IBANs of your current accounts.
At any BT unit:
➭ come with the original identity document to a BT unit and ask for the list of IBANs or an account statement
