How do I transfer money to an IBAN account via BT Pay?

To initiate a transfer via IBAN you have 2 options:

From the Accounts section:

❶ You choose the account from which you want to transfer the money, select the "New Payment" button;

❷ Choose the type of transfer: To a new IBAN or select the account from the list of predefined beneficiaries;

❸ Enter the IBAN of the person to whom you want to send the amount and their name;

❹ Enter the amount and payment details, select the type of transfer: Normal, Instant, Urgent;

❺ You authorize the transaction by entering the application's PIN or authenticating it via biometric authentication.

From the Cards section:

❶ Choose "Transfer via IBAN" from the app;

❷ Choose the transfer type: IBAN ;

❸ Enter the IBAN of the person to whom you want to send the amount and their name;

❹ Enter the amount and payment details, select the type of transfer: Normal, Instant, Urgent;

❺ You authorize the transaction by entering the application's PIN or authenticating it via biometric authentication.
