How do I find out my IBAN if I opened my account online?

Simple. You will find it in the SMS received from us on the day you opened your online account.

If you have lost or deleted the SMS, you can easily find it:

from BT Pay;
or from BT Visual Help, calling the number 0264 308 000 ➭ you access the link received by SMS ➭select from the main menu „account statement, IBAN&CIF list”➭ choose the option „IBAN List&Customer Code (CIF) ”.
