I am in a foreign country, I lost my BT card, I blocked it, but I cannot return to get another one. What is the best option to have access to the money in the account?

Don't worry! 😮 You have several solutions:

⠀In case you have BT Pay, BT24 Internet Banking or  Mobile Banking can you transfer the money to another account or to another card;

⠀If you have a authorized person on account (which is in Romania) can withdraw your money from the account and deposit it into another account or can transfer it to you through the service  Western Union;

⠀You can ask by e-mail at the address contact@bancatransilvania.ro reissue and sending abroad of the card and the PIN (by SMS or on paper). If you choose this method, you must send to contact@bancatransilvania.ro a request in which you mention:

⠀identification data;

⠀address abroad where the card and PIN should be sent;

⠀the phone number at which you can be contacted;

⠀as well as the fact that you agree to bear the fees for card reissuance and its shipment by courier abroad.


⠀The application must have your handwritten signature, meaning you must sign it "by hand". 📝


⠀If you can reach  our branch from Rome you can request card reissue.
