How do I proceed to block a card?
Blocking the card, in case of loss or theft, can be done in the following ways:
❶⠀Din the application BT Pay:
➭ you enter the application and select the desired card;
➭ press the button „Settings”⚙;
➭ and access the option „Card blocking” where you will be able to block it temporarily or permanently.
❷⠀Din the application BT Visual Help:
➭ calling number 0264 308 000;
➭ you access the link received via SMS;
➭ and from here you can temporarily or permanently block your cards and you can request reissuing the card after permanent blocking.
❸⠀Din the application BT24 Mobile Banking:
➭ menu „Funding”,submenu„Cards”
➭select the desired card;
➭ then access the section „Change Card Status” and you will have the options displayed: temporarily blocked, lost, or stolen.
❹⠀From the platform BT24 Internet Banking:
➭ menu „Cards”,submenu„Card view”;
➭ next to the desired card, press in the column „Details” on the option „Change card status”;
➭ and sets the new status of your card (temporarily or permanently blocked).
❺⠀Calling the BT Card Call Center service*, available 24h / 24h, at 0264 594 337 for all mobile networks or abroad;
❻⠀Coming into any of the BT units where our colleagues will help you.
