How can I disable or change the BT Alert service?

You can do these things in 2 ways:

❶⠀Through the call center, accessing dedicated page on the BT Questions website

❷⠀In any of our units, if you are the legal representative of the company, you can obtain information and you can deactivate or modify the service BT Alert.
