How can I find out how many STAR points I have accumulated?

You have many ways to find this out:

❶⠀Direct from BT Pay: after your STAR card registration in the application, you just have to press „Show the balance” ;

❷⠀Through the application BT Visual Help: call the number 0264 308 000, the menu „Accounts and transactions”;

❸⠀Through the application BT24 Mobile Banking: from the section „Finance”, you find it at the bottom of the screen, you choose the option „Cards” and select your STAR card;

❹⠀Through the platform BT24 Internet Banking: from the top menu bar, select the option „Cards” and choose „Card view”;

❺⠀Direct from the merchant at the time of payment: in STAR partner stores, can you ask the seller to check how many points you have on the card;

❻⠀By the account statement received by email;
