How do I enroll a BT card in the BT Pay app?

For registration in BT Pay, you must install the application on the phone number declared to the bank (a number where you will receive an OTP code to validate it), go through an identification process where we will ask you to photograph your identity card and register using the phone's camera.

In BT Pay you can add cards issued in the name of a natural or legal person. How do you do that?

If you are an individual client, account holder:After you have gone through the application's installation flow, the cards will automatically appear in the card list. If you have deleted a card and want to re-add it, you access the "+" button in the upper right corner, where the cards you own and that are not added in the app will appear, you click on "Add card", enter the CVV code from the back of the card, and validate the addition of the card in the app with an OTP code sent to the number declared at the bank. If you want to add a newly issued/reissued card upon expiration and/or upon request, which you have not yet picked up from the BT unit, you access the "+" button in the upper right corner, where the cards you own and that are not added in the app will appear, you click on "Add card" and validate the addition of the card in the app with an OTP code sent to the number declared at the bank.

If you do not have an account opened at BT and want to add your meal ticket cards , you have to manually enter the card details (card number, name and surname, as they appear on the card, expiration date and CVV code – the 3 digits on the back of the card) and validate the addition of the card in the app with an OTP code. If you are a legal entity client: Legal entity cards can be added to BT Pay only by manually entering the card details (card number, expiration date, CVV, cardholder name). For this reason, they can be added to the app only after you physically collect them from the BT branch.

Remember: The BT cards you already have in BT Pay or that you are about to add will be automatically enrolled in 3D Secure and will allow the authentication functionality for online payments directly from the app.
