What are loans with EIF guarantees and who are they addressed to?

FEI-guaranteed loans are financings granted through the FEI Competitiveness and FEI Sustainability programs, developed in partnership with the European Investment Fund. They are addressed to SMEs in Romania and offer:

credits in lei or euro,
credit period between 3 and 15 years,
European guarantees of up to 70% of the loan value.
