How can I track the processing/downloading status of the archive in the BT Go mobile app?

After pressing the generate button, the archive enters the processing stage. We will notify you when the archive is processed and the download button becomes available. After the archive download is complete, we will notify you again, and finally, you can share the document with the desired person.
