How do I find out the available balance on my BT meal card?

You can always find out how much money you have on Meal card! 😊

You have 4 options: 😉

❶⠀Application BT Pay:

➭⠀download the application from Google Play or App Store;

➭⠀you enroll your card 💳 and below it, you will have the button „Show the balance”.

❷⠀BT Aiuto Visivo:

➭⠀call the phone number 0264 308 000 and access the link received via SMS;

➭⠀select option „Accounts and transactions” from the main menu.

❸⠀BTPay Web Internet Banking

➭⠀you access the web platform and position yourself at the "Cards" category, where you can view the balance of the BT Meal Card

❹⠀Balance inquiry at any of theBT ATMs.
