I lost my card. What is the first thing I need to do?

 ❗⠀Immediately upon noticing the loss or theft of your card, block it urgently. You can do this in five ways:

From BT Pay

you choose the card that was stolen from you, you select it by touching it;

go to the menu Settings which will appear on the right side of the screen in the form

you opt for Card blocking”, and then you choose Block this card permanently

⠀From BT Visual Help

calling number 0264 308 000;

you access the link received via SMS;

and from here you can temporarily or permanently block your cards and you can request reissuing the card after permanent blocking.

⠀From the application BT24 Mobile Banking

you access the menu „Finance” from the bottom part of the screen;

select the option „Cards” and choose the card in question;

then press „Change the card status” and select the option „Stolen”.

From the platform BT24 Internet Banking

you log in to the platform and click on the menu „Cards”;

choose the submenu "Card view”, and then choose the option „Change card status” by pressing the symbol 🔧from the stolen card number;

go to the section „New card status” and modify to „Blocked permanently - card stolen”.
