I lost my card. What is the first thing I need to do?
❗⠀Immediately upon noticing the loss or theft of your card, block it urgently. You can do this in five ways:
❶⠀From BT Pay:
➭ you choose the card that was stolen from you, you select it by touching it;
➭ go to the menu „Settings” which will appear on the right side of the screen in the form ⚙
➭ you opt for „Card blocking”, and then you choose „Block this card permanently ”
❷⠀From BT Visual Help:
➭ calling number 0264 308 000;
➭ you access the link received via SMS;
➭ and from here you can temporarily or permanently block your cards and you can request reissuing the card after permanent blocking.
❸⠀From the application BT24 Mobile Banking:
➭ you access the menu „Finance” from the bottom part of the screen;
➭select the option „Cards” and choose the card in question;
➭ then press „Change the card status” and select the option „Stolen”.
❹⠀From the platform BT24 Internet Banking:
➭ you log in to the platform and click on the menu „Cards”;
➭ choose the submenu "Card view”, and then choose the option „Change card status” by pressing the symbol 🔧from the stolen card number;
➭ go to the section „New card status” and modify to „Blocked permanently - card stolen”.
