What should I do in case of card loss?
❗⠀Immediately upon noticing the loss of your card, block it urgently.
You can do this in five ways:
❶⠀From BT Pay:
➭ you choose the card that was stolen from you (you select it by touching it) and go to the menu „Settings” which will appear on the right side of the screen in the form of a ⚙;
➭ you opt for „Card blocking” and then choose „Block this card permanently ”.
❷⠀From BT Visual Help:
➭ calling number 0264 308 000;
➭ you access the link received by SMS;
➭ and from here you can temporarily or permanently block your cards.
❸⠀From the application BT24 Mobile Banking:
➭ you open the application and access the menu „Finance” from the bottom of the screen;
➭ selezioni la sezione „Cards” and choose the card in question;
➭ then press „Change the card status” and select the option „Stolen”.
❹⠀From the platform BT24 Internet Banking:
➭you log in to the platform and click on the menu „Cards”;
➭ choose the submenu "Card view”, iar poi l'opzione „Change card status” by pressing the symbol 🔧from the stolen card number;
➭ go to the section „New card status” and modify to „Blocked permanently - card stolen”.
❺⠀Suniting to one of the numbers 0264 308 028* or *8028*, in order to allow the immediate activation of security procedures that prevent the continued use of the card.
