What should I do if I have lost my BT Meal Card?

Regardless of the encountered situation, we recommend that you block it immediately!

Can you do this quickly, directly from BT Pay, BT24 Mobile Banking, or BT24 Internet Banking. In addition to these, we also have the Call Center options and card blocking 💳 in any of BT units. We mention that the last 2 methods may take you a bit more time. 😅
