My BT meal card does not work. Why?

❶⠀the meal card balance is not insufficient. You can only check this yourself through the channels provided by BT. Pssst! Try through BT Pay, it's fast, easy and direct on your phone; 😊

❷⠀the merchant at which you want to pay with the BT meal card is a partner in the bank's network. To do this, please consult list of partner merchants;
❸⠀the BT meal card is blocked at your initiative or has not been activated for use since a ATM BT;
❹⠀BT meal card is not expired. 🙂
