I forgot my unique password. How can I recover it?

You can recover the password when you pay online. 😃

After you have pressed the "Pay" button and entered the password received via SMS, you will reach the page where you are asked for the unique password. You will have the option "I forgot the password".

But so you don't have to worry so much about remembering passwords, it's better to confirm online payments easily from BT Pay. You only need the app's PIN, fingerprint, or Face ID😉

With every online payment, you instantly receive a notification on your phone and confirm the transaction through the phone unlocking method.
