The card enrollment could not be completed. What can I do?
If you followed the card enrollment process exactly and yet you have not succeeded, it is possible to find yourself in one of the following situations:
❶⠀your card is temporarily or permanently blocked (you can check this aspect either in BT24, or by calling the Call Center at the number 0264 308 028*);
❷⠀you did not enter the data correctly;
❸⠀OTP code (One Time Password) was entered late;
❹⠀your card has expired (you can check the date on the front of the card).
