Can I activate the SMS Alert service on the BT Meal Card?

Unfortunately, the SMS Alert service cannot be activated on the BT meal card. Instead, you can register the card in the BT Pay app, where you can track the transaction history and the balance for free. 😎

Through BT Visual Help you can see the transaction history for the last 10 days by calling the number 0264 308 000 and accessing the link in the received message. From the main menu select "Balances, collections, transactions".
