How are payments that require multiple signatures authorized?

If there are persons with multiple signature rights on the account, first signature, it is that of the payment creator. They can view the signed payment in the section on the platform "Status/Order Authorizations" > "Statustransactions".

Person with the second signing right holds the right to authorize or refuse the transaction by accessing the section "Status/Order Authorizations" > "Package of transactions to be signed".
