Even if the respective insurance policy is mediated by us, those from BT, please contact directly the insurer with whom the policy is concluded, and if the insurance is concluded for a loan, please let us know as well. 🙂 Subsequently, those who handle the claim files will guide you in this regard and will provide you with support.
