How can I renew my card before its expiration?

You can reissue your card as follows:

➤ request its reissue at any BT unit or by calling the Call Center

➤ if you are an individual account holder you can permanently block the card yourself from BT Visual Help or BT Pay and reissue it also through the application (the option is available only if the permanent blocking of the card is done from the application and you register the reissuance immediately after blocking the card)

For this action you will pay a commission according to Annex of fees and commissions of the Bank (the card and PIN reissue operation).
