How can I find out the PIN code?

The card's PIN code is known only by you and cannot be obtained from the Call Center. If you do not remember the PIN code anymore, you need to call the Call Center at the phone number 021 308 4000 for requesting a new one.

You will immediately receive an SMS on the phone number associated with the account, and if you want a preferred PIN code, you can change it at any BT ATM.
