How do I close the Star credit card account?

For closing credit card credit:

• Pay the full debit balance (including future installments in the balance, if applicable)
• Come in a BT unit and requests the termination of the contract in writing.

The card remains active until the closure is confirmed by the bank. You will receive a written confirmation.
