How do I make a negotiated currency exchange from the BT Go app?

You have only a few simple steps to follow to make a negotiated currency exchange:  

Step 1:From the BT Go application access Currency exchange and activate the option Negotiated currency exchange.  

Keep in mind that you can make a negotiated currency exchange for minimum 25,000 EUR/USD/GBP vs. RON or equivalent of 10,000 EUR for other currency pairs and only on working days between 09:00 and 17:30. 

Step 2: Seleziona the accounts between which you transfer, enter amount currency exchange and access the button Go further. 

Step 3: Check the entered information, access the button Go further and then send the request of negotiated currency exchange.  

Step 4: In a few moments you will receive on your phone a push notification with the negotiated currency exchange offer. This is valid for 5 minutes.  

Step 5: Access the notification received on the phone, check the proposed exchange rate and accept the offer. Done, the currency exchange has been completed. Of course, you can also refuse the offer, if you wish to do so.
