How do I confirm an online payment from January 2021?

You can confirm online payment through the BT Pay application.  😊

You download the application without trips to the bank, free from Google Play, Huawei App Gallery or App Store and you add BT cards (even those of the company).

➤⠀dif I have identified you in the bank's system based on the data entered by you, adding cards to BT Pay will automatically allow confirmation of online transactions from the app;

➤⠀if I did not identify you or you have an additional card or a biglietto da visita, you can activate the option from the card settings ➭ tap on card ➭ „Card settings” (⚙). 

When you pay online, you instantly receive a notification on your phone and can confirm or cancel the respective payment, using fingerprint, Face ID, or the phone's unlocking method. It is simple, fast, and secure. 😃

If you do not have a smartphone compatible with the application, you will confirm the online payment by entering 2 passwords:

➤⠀a dynamic password received via SMS on the phone number declared to the bank;

➤⠀and a unique password defined by you at the first online payment, which will be valid for 90 days.
