What happens if I do not express my disagreement regarding the Terms and Conditions of Banca Transilvania by the migration date?

If by March 28, 2025 you do not express your disagreement regarding the changes indicated in the notification received from Banca Transilvania concerning the OTP - BT merger, they will be considered accepted by you. If you want to continue the business relationship with Banca Transilvania, we inform you that, starting from March 3, 2025, the General Terms and Conditions of Business for individuals in force at the date of the notification will apply (General Terms and Conditions of Business – individuals – code 3.5.12).
