Under what conditions will the credits be migrated?

Until February 28, 2025, you will continue to pay the installments as before, into the account at OTP Bank. After this date, your loan will be taken over by Banca Transilvania under the same conditions. Your loan will be effectively transferred to Banca Transilvania's systems starting from March 1, 2025. This migration does not affect in any way the loan conditions as stated in your credit contract concluded with OTP Bank.
