What can I do if I notice suspicious transactions in my account?

We encourage you to check your transactions frequently, in order to have control and security over your money. You can do this directly from BT Pay, with just a few taps or with the help of BT Visual Help. As an additional step, you can activate SMS Alert - you receive SMS 24/7 for every transaction you make and the remaining balance on the account.

If you notice anything suspicious, you can dispute the transactions and we will try to recover the amounts as follows:

  • Record the payment refusal in BT Visual Help (call at 0264 308 000/Access link received via SMS/Transaction dispute)
  • Call us at 0264 308 028 (Call Center) or write to us at contact@btrl.ro
  • Come to any BT unit and our colleagues will help you
