What can I do if my card has been stolen/lost?

To be sure that your money stays safe, urgently block the card and request a new one. You can perform both operations directly from BT Pay or by calling our colleagues in the Call Center (0264 308 028) which are in positions 24/7. Once you have requested the new card, you can add it to BT Pay and make secure payments on the spot.
