What types of data update notifications can I receive from Transilvania Bank?
If you need to update your data in the BT records, we will notify you about this and invite you to do so through various channels. You can receive the following notifications:

➤ Automatic phone call from BT phone number 0264 303 125, situation in which a little robot will tell you the steps you need to follow to update your data. If you follow these steps, you will receive an SMS from BT Info containing a link to one of our platforms where you can update your data without coming to the bank. 😉
