How do I update my personal data?

You can do this simply and quickly, choosing one of the following options 😉

❶⠀If you are a resident adult you can update your data through BT Pay by following the menu "Settings" ➭ "Personal Data"

❷⠀And if you are a minor or non-resident, you can update your data at any BT agency with an original identity document;
