What fees apply to foreign currency transactions (outside the country)?

For transactions made in a currency other than lei, a currency conversion fee applies.

The exchange rate used is the one from the processing network (Visa/Mastercard) on the transaction date, to which the BT commission specified in the fee and commission brochure related to the Star card you pay with is added.
