What are the new features brought by the GDPR in the processing and protection of personal data?

It is good to know from the very beginning that the majority of GDPR obligations and principles are not new, but represent an adjustment of the provisions of Law 677 / 2001 (law that has transposed into Romanian legislation the provisions of Directive 95 / 46 / EC). 😉

However, within GDPR stricter rules and sanctions are established for controllers and enhanced rights for data subjects, that is for European citizens. 😮
