What are the rights provided by GDPR, which you can exercise in your relationship with BT?

When it comes to GDPR you have to know that, in the relationship with us, you have the following rights: 😃

❷⠀Right to rectification➭ that is, the right to update or complete inaccurate or incomplete personal data;

❸⠀„The right to be forgotten”➭ more exactly, it is your right to deletion of personal data from the bank's records, if there is no compelling reason for the continuation of their processing and storage;

❹⠀Right to restriction of processing➭ in other words, your data can only be processed with your consent;

❺⠀The right to object to the processing of your personal data for advertising purposes➭otherwise said, you can at any time refuse to receive advertising materials from us;

❻⠀The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority➭the supervisory authority in Romania is ANSPDCP;

❼⠀Right to data portability➭ this is your right to receive personal data processed by BT or to request us to transmit them to another operator.
