When should I update the company's data?

When it is necessary to update the data, we will inform you in advance. 😉

We will make sure to send a notification by e-mail / SMS / letter. So, please make sure that the e-mail address, phone number, and mailing address you have provided us are updated and allow receipt of our messages.

Also, you can be contacted by phone or you can be informed even by colleagues from BT units, when you come by us again. 🙂

If you want to update your data on your own initiative, you should know that:

➤⠀if you are natural person, you must update your data when you modify information such as: identity document, contact details (phone number, email address, residence address), information about your employer, citizenship, country of tax residence, purpose and nature of the business relationship or source of funds;

➤⠀if you are legal entity, you must update your data when your company has modified: the name, field of activity, associates, the address of the registered office or other data concerning it.
