When does the policy come into effect after accepting the offer by phone?

Extra Comfort Insurance from Metropolitan Life comes into effect on date of receipt of insurance documents, where applicable:

a) date of receipt of the enrollment e-mail;

b) date of signing the confirmation of receipt of the insurance documents sent by courier.
