When should I check that I can log in to BT Go after receiving the migration notification from BT Ultra?

Check your access to BT Go as soon as possible, ideally right after you receive the official notification by e-mail. Log in to BT Go and see if you can sign in without any issues. If you encounter difficulties, let us know in advance so we can help you resolve them before BT Ultra closes. 😊
