If you followed the card enrollment process exactly and yet you have not succeeded, it is possible to find yourself in one of the following situations:

❶⠀your card is temporarily or permanently blocked (you can check this aspect either in BT24, or by calling the Call Center at the number 0264 308 028*);

❷⠀you did not enter the data correctly;

❸⠀OTP code (One Time Password) was entered late;

❹⠀your card has expired (you can check the date on the front of the card).

Hmmm... 🕵 Well, in case you have not received the code OTP from the first attempt, you can select the option Resend my code, option valid for 3 consecutive attempts.

The SWIFT code is a unique electronic address for identifying each bank or financial institution worldwide and is used within banking operations in currency. 😉

All banks that have international activity are members of the SWIFT network.

Our SWIFT / BIC code is „BTRLRO22”.

These email addresses are formed according to the following rules:

➤⠀the first 4 characters indicate the name of the bank;

➤⠀the following 2 represent the country's international code;

➤⠀while the last 2 show you the locality code, exactly like this:

Without SWIFT codes, the money transfer process for individuals and legal entities would be very slow, inefficient, and even risky. 😥

❗⠀If you want to find out your bank's SWIFT code, it is good to know that:

➤⠀this can be found in your account statement;

➤⠀but you can also find it very easily online. 😃

Yes, through study loan. The advantages of this loan are:

❶⠀we offer you up to 20,000 euros (or the equivalent in lei), for a period of up to 10 years, without real estate collateral

❷⠀we offer you up to 150,000 euros (or the equivalent in lei), for a period of up to 20 years, if you guarantee with a mortgage on a property for which you will conclude an insurance policy

❸⠀financing expenses related to carrying out specialization or qualification studies/courses (e.g. piloting, flight attendants, nurses, clerks, IT, assimilated to the hotel and related services field etc.)

And the good part is that, up to 5 years from the moment you are granted the loan, you can choose to pay only the interest due, which will greatly ease your coverage of the initial installments. 🙂

It depends on you... either you fill out a card request form when you come to one of the Omnipass locations to obtain the Omnipass ID card, and then within 4 business days you will be able to pick up the card directly from the BT office of your choice. Or you fill out the request online and then you come into a BT unit to pick up the card.

The states included in the SEPA area can be grouped into three categories so that they are easier to find, as follows:

 ❗⠀SEPA will also expand to the following territories, considered part of the European Union (Art. 299 Treaty of Rome): Martinique, Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Reunion, Gibraltar, Azores, Madeira, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and the Åland Islands. 😃

The IBAN is the unique code used internationally to identify a customer's account, opened at a commercial bank. 🔐

The IBAN code is taken from the English language and represents the abbreviation of "International Bank Account Number".

How can I find out the IBAN code?

You can obtain the IBAN code simply and quickly through the following methods:

Through BT Pay:

From the Cards tab:

You access the application and select the card related to the account for which you want to find out the IBAN;

Press the "Card Settings" button and then the "Card Details" option.

Once the previous steps have been completed, the IBAN will be displayed in the last line.

From the Accounts tab:

You access the application and select the Accounts tab at the top of the screen.

Select the account and access the “View details” button

Through BT Visual Help:

➭ call 0264 308 000 from the phone number registered at the bank and access the link received via SMS;

➭ then, to view the IBAN of current and card accounts, access the section "Account statement, IBAN and CIF list" -> "IBAN & CIF List" from the main menu.

You can also download the IBAN list from BT Visual Help (a document that you present to certain institutions to collect amounts).

To do this, after accessing from the main menu "Account statement, IBAN and CIF list" -> "IBAN & CIF List" select the "Download PDF" button at the bottom

Through BTPay Web:

➭ log in to the application with your data, and in the "Accounts" section you will see the IBANs of your current accounts.

At any BT unit:

➭ come with the original identity document to a BT unit and ask for the list of IBANs or an account statement

Our usual schedule in which we await you at the bank is from Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 17:00. 🙂

However, because we want to offer you a program as flexible as possible, we also have exceptions. The units in shopping centers have a daily schedule, starting at 10:00 AM and until 7:00 PM or 10:00 PM * in some cases.

To check the schedule of a unit, enter page "Network units" from the BT website. There you can search for the agency you are interested in according to city, street or even by its name. 😉

* According to legal regulations, the closing schedule may change.

❗⠀You also need to know that: 

➤⠀on the weekend we can help you with a smaller number of operations. You can find out which ones by accessing the question: „What operations can you do after 7 PM and on weekends?”;

➤⠀for a maximum of 30 minutes, depending on the schedule of each agency, they will close. In most cases, the break starts at 13:00.👍
