My card expires this month. Has a new card been automatically issued to me? Where can I pick it up?

The card is renewed automatically only if it has been used in the last 6 months before the expiration date. 🤔

If you are an individual client, you can use the new card even before physically receiving it. You just need to add it to BT Pay– our application 😉

You can request home delivery of the new card, by courier, after you have received an SMS on the phone number declared to the bank.

Another option is to pick it up from BT unit to which you opened your account, for free, after you received the message on the phone number declared to the bank.
