I want to cancel my credit card. What do I need to do?

If you want to cancel your credit card, we are waiting for you at any BT branch to complete a card closure and credit line reimbursement request.

When you do this, it is good to have with you the respective card, if you still have it in your possession, in order to hand it over to us.

If you cannot come to the unit, you can contact us at the Call Center at the number 0264 308 028 and we will help you with processing the request over the phone.
