I want to receive the proof of payment by e-mail when I make a transfer through BT Pay.

If you make a new payment via IBAN, you have the option to send the proof of payment by email at the end of the transfer. If you forgot to generate the proof, you can access the Accounts menu -> Transaction history, select the desired transfer and at the bottom of the application, you will find the option "Send proof by email".
