I am an OTP client and my identity document has expired, do I need to go to BT to update my data from the new identity document?

Starting from March 3, 2025 you will become a BT client. Until this date you are an OTP client and you will benefit from all the services and products provided by OTP Bank. If your identity document is expired, by February 21, 2025, 5:00 PM, it must be updated at OTP Bank. Only starting from March 3, 2025 will you be able to update your personal data at Transilvania Bank.
