I am an OTP client, but at the same time I am also a BT client. What will happen to the authorized representatives I had on the OTP accounts after the merger?

If on February 28, 2025, you have accounts opened both at OTP Bank and at BT, starting March 3, 2025:

- all persons to whom you have given operating rights on your BT accounts will be able to carry out operations including on the accounts taken over from OTP Bank.

- all persons to whom you have granted the right to perform operations on accounts in OTP Bank will not be able to operate on the accounts in BT – including those taken over from OTP Bank.

We are waiting for you at any BT unit starting from 03.03.2025 to review the information regarding the persons who have operating rights on your accounts held at Banca Transilvania.
