For what kind of homes can you activate a home insurance from BT Pay?

Any dwelling is eligible:

located on the territory of Romania;
located in the ownership of a natural person;
legally built and used exclusively for personal, residential, permanent living use;
located in a good state of maintenance,
connected to utilities;
not located in an area with seismic risk;
built starting with the year 1940.

The maximum insured value for housing+ content is 500.000 EUR (or equivalent in RON).
