On which BT documents does the bank still use the round stamp?

There are a few exceptions and they refer to corporate clients. 🙂

In these cases, BT uses the official stamp to comply with international requirements, and the documents are as follows:

➤⠀Polizza di carico;

➤⠀Bank checks in foreign currency;

➤⠀Exchanges related to letters of credit and collections;

➤⠀Letters are sent, at the request of the beneficiaries of the bank guarantee letters.


From August 7, 2017, Banca Transilvania removed the obligation to apply the stamp on documents of corporate clients in relation to the bank, as well as the obligation to apply the official BT stamp (the round one) on documents generated by the bank.
