Is a BT document valid if the bank's round stamp does not appear on it?

Yes, it is valid! 😃

From August 7, 2017, Banca Transilvania has eliminated the requirement to apply the official stamp (the round one) on the documents it generates for clients, authorities, partners, etc.

For example, on credit contracts or on the current account history, the BT round stamp no longer appears applied.


Arguments regarding the elimination of the use of the BT round stamp are:

➤⠀the relationship between BT and clients to be as simple and as fast as possible;

➤⠀un act semnat are acum aceeași valabilitate ca unul semnat și ștampilat, cum era până în 7 august 2017. Semnătura olografă (de mână) este cea care conferă validitate unui document.
