SMS Alert service provided by BT can be requested by clients transferred from OTP, being available free of charge until February 28, 2026. This free service is granted to all OTP clients; on cards migrated from OTP, PF and PJ, regardless of whether or not they had the SMS Alert service in OTP. If an OTP client also holds a card issued by BT, before or after migration, the free service does not apply to that card. The service request is made through BT units when picking up the card from the unit or later, after receiving it from the courier or via BT Call Center.
