I cannot pay, but everything seems fine. What can I do?
If everything seems fine ✅, but still you cannot pay ❌, we advise you to make sure of the following aspects:
❶⠀If the POS you are trying to pay at is contactless;
❷⠀If your phone has the NFC functionality turned on;
❸⠀If BT Pay is set as the main payment application;
❹⠀If your phone case is not too thick and blocks NFC waves. Try to remove the case or bring the phone closer to the POS from a different angle;
❺⠀If you have an internet connection;
❻⠀If you unlocked the phone before trying, depending on the payment settings chosen by you;
❼⠀If the error that appeared on the POS does not indicate the exact problem to you.
