I cannot pay, but everything seems fine. What can I do?

If everything seems fine , but still you cannot pay , we advise you to make sure of the following aspects:

⠀If the POS you are trying to pay at is contactless;

⠀If your phone has the NFC functionality turned on;

⠀If BT Pay is set as the main payment application;

⠀If your phone case is not too thick and blocks NFC waves. Try to remove the case or bring the phone closer to the POS from a different angle;

⠀If you have an internet connection;

⠀If you unlocked the phone before trying, depending on the payment settings chosen by you;

⠀If the error that appeared on the POS does not indicate the exact problem to you.
