The card enrollment could not be completed. What can I do?
If you have followed the card enrollment process exactly and still failed, you may find yourself in one of the following situations:
❶⠀your card is not active or is temporarily/permanently blocked (you can check this by calling the Call Center at 021 308 4000 );
❷⠀you did not enter the data correctly;
❸⠀the OTP code (One Time Password) was entered late;
❹⠀your card has expired (you can check the date on the front of the card).
