How can I recover the amount overpaid for the Direct Credit?

If you want to recover the amount deposited in excess, you can request this:

• In writing, at any Transilvania Bank branch
• By phone, at ALO BT Direct: 0264 302 000
• By e-mail sent to contact@btdirect.ro;

Then, you withdraw in cash the amount deposited in excess, from the BT Direct account.
